Unfortunately, I don't have much to bitch about today. I only have to work two days this week; if feel like coming in at 9, taking an extended lunch, and leaving at 3.30, I can (and still get paid 8-5); I've had one glass of wine every night since Christmas..

I should not have too much to bitch about I have been on "vacay" since wednesday and dont have to be back unitll the 4th. BUT the kids and I are moving AGAIN (3rd time in a year) but this time is not working the way I planned. David not in school, Beth is (thank gosh) but cant seem to pack a box without him going "but mom I NEED that".. Heres the bonus if I didnt have BOOBS (kinda) I would have to rent a truck and pay people to do the heavy lifting, but since I have the fun bags I am putting them to good use! ah empowerment! all its going to cost me is some Keystone (they are cheap dates) and some lunch! and its going to be busted out in 2 hours! WOOHOO

Ugh- I spent Christmas Eve at Urgent care with Zoey who, as it turned out, has croup. So she was in a GREAT mood all Christmas weekend (is the sarcasm coming through?). And now Kelly and I both seem to have whatever bug led Zoey to the croup- just in time for my first full week back at work. Fabulous.

Loved the email threat!

I borrowed a Santa suit from work for our big family event.

Oh man, the look on my nieces face when my cousin's husband...ahem, I mean Santa...rang jingle bells outside the door was unforgettable and priceless.

And then when he handed them their presents...she preceeded to say..."Aunteeeeee, that'sssss ittttt???"

Ahhh, little 3 year olds.

And soooo jealous of YOUR gift. Have a ton of fun in San Fran...half my family moved from Hawaii to there 20 some years ago, so it's sorta our second home.

Our families are too much alike. Kelly loves the surprise and the dramatic presentation of the gift, and I want to know what you got me before you got it. My best Christmas ever was the year I went snooping through my mom's closet. Not only did I know what each of my gifts were, I knew my brother and sister's gifts too!
Love the new layout- looks great! I'm going to attempt to get fancy after I put up my new calendar.

Brittany Murphy's death is sad. A friend of mine worked on the movie Just Married and I went to the Hollywood wrap party after it was over and met her. My friend told me then that she was always in the bathroom because she was taking all these laxatives and other stuff to keep her weight down. Shame on Hollywood for chewing these poor girls up and spitting them out.
