No, she's not. I am the least crafty person on the planet. I can't even sew on a button, folks. That's a big housewife fail if I ever saw one. But I did find one slightly crafty thing that I enjoy.
Reverse tie dye. It speaks equally to my inner slacker and former stoner. (I suppose those two terms are a wee bit redundant, but whatevs.)
These were my first tries, and while they are completely rudimentary (I tell myself I was going for the rudimentary look on purpose since they are for my kids) they turned out a lot better than I expected and are super fun and easy. I did another batch today that is currently drying and they are of the awesome, folks.
Then I read on my buddy Avitable's blog that there is a blogger friend who is gorgeous and kind and an amazing writer and in need of help. So for the price of a small donation that will help out a worthy individual and earn you lots and lots of karma points, you can enter to win a completely custom reverse tie dye Kisha original of your very own. The raffle also includes prizes such as an iPod Touch, an iPod Nano, and other items like that, but why on earth would you want
a really great prize something like that when you could have one of these pieces of shit one of these amazing one of a kind creations? I mean, really. So, go. Now, please.
