So I decided to do something a little bit different for the first half of November. The holidays are on their way, so what does that mean? You're right....Black Friday, kids! I don't know about you, but I have a Christmas shopping list a mile long. Seriously. John and I have huge extended families. I recently got my first freelancing paycheck (whoo freaking hoo!), and because much of my recent success writing is directly due to the lovely readers of my blog, I decided to reinvest a bit of my earnings and reward my blog buddies. Beginning today, I will be taking entries for a contest to win a $50 gift card! The retailer from which the gift card will come from is to be determined by you. If you haven't already, there is a little poll up at the top right of this page, which you can use to vote for your favorite! The retailer will be announced next Friday, November 13th, with the gift card finally being awarded the following Friday, November 20th, just in time for Black Friday shopping!
