For all the smack I talk, mostly via inner monologue because I really don't like conflict or hurting people I like, I'm generally a happy person. When I am stressed out, bummed out, or just plain pissed off, I really do try to keep it to myself. You catch more flies with honey, right? Well, sometimes you just have to let it out. So that's what made me think of Bitch and Moan Monday. Seems like I am at my worst Monday mornings, and heaven knows I can't vent to my husband...he's one of those typical males that wants to fix everything instead of just listening. I tell him about the cell phone guy that was rude to me, he doesn't just listen and agree that it was the rudest thing ever and how dare someone talk to me like that! Instead, he gets the guy fired. Which is really hot and all, but putting someone in the unemployment line doesn't really make me feel better in the long run. So, let's vent here! Leave a me a comment with all of your bitching and moaning. Anything and everything, get it out. We can all vent, read each other's vents, hopefully have a laugh, let it go and move on! I for one can't wait to start this week out right!
****Now available: anonymous commenting is turned on! If your bitches and moans are too private or embarrassing to link your name to, there will be an option to leave it anonymously! I won't even know who it is commenting! Feel free to leave it here!
My Monday morning Bitches and Moans:
While Halloween was great fun, I will now be spending the entire week detoxing my children from sugar, candy, chocolate, and junk food in general. They've been awake an entire hour and already I've denied 4 requests from the little one for a sucker and 3 from the curly haired one for a chocolate bar, french fries, and a Halloween cupcake, in that order. In related news, we've had two meltdowns so far this morning and Mommy is already eyeing the Kahlua for her coffee. Yay.
While I am fortunate we are not infected with anything that came from a pig, all four of us have had this little cold that is turning out to be the most lifesucking annoying bug that ever existed. No one has a fever, or fluorescent colored snot, or anything resembling a symptom severe enough to keep us home from work or school or send us to the doctor for meds, yet it is enough to keep the kids whiny, me in a near constant headache, and hubby crankier and tired-er (new word!) than usual. So exciting!
Aaaaahhhh....doesn't that feel better now? Happy Monday and have a great week!
